I arrive early and set up a full portable studio — seamless backdrop in your choice of color, professional lighting, reflector, and stool — before you're even in the room. Your time in front of the camera is about 45–60 minutes. Most clients fit it into a lunch break, then walk straight back to their desk. For team sessions, we flow one person every 10–15 minutes. Most companies designate a coordinator who manages the schedule — I'll provide a simple template to make it easy.

Yes — on-site is actually preferred for teams. I travel throughout the greater LA area: Century City, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Downtown LA, Culver City, Pasadena, Burbank, and surrounding areas. I bring all equipment. You just need a decent-sized room and your people.

Within 48 hours of your session, you'll receive a private proof gallery — low-resolution, watermarked previews for selection purposes only. For teams, there are two options: I can share one gallery link with a designated contact who distributes it to each team member, or I can create individual private folders so no one sees anyone else's proofs. Once selections are submitted, edited finals are delivered within 3–5 business days. Each team member receives 3 fully retouched images — outfit changes are welcome, so a blazer-on and blazer-off look can both count toward your selects.

That's most people — and it's what I specialize in. I direct every shot: posture, chin angle, what to do with your hands, where to look. You don't need to know how to pose. By the end, most people say it felt nothing like they expected.

Dress one level above your typical workday. Solid colors and simple patterns photograph best — avoid busy prints or logos. I'll send a full wardrobe guide after booking. For teams, loosely coordinating (e.g. all business casual) keeps the headshots cohesive across your site.

You'll receive a private proof gallery within 48 hours of your session. Fully edited final images are delivered within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery is available if you have a tight deadline — just mention it when you book.

Yes — team sessions are priced by time, not per person, so the more people you fit in, the better your per-person rate. A 2-hour session ($2,100) fits roughly 8–10 people at 10–15 minutes each. I bring a selection of seamless backdrops: white, gray, black, taupe, and cream. You can see them in action throughout the portfolio — most of those were shot on taupe, black, or environmental. We can also use your office space as a backdrop if a wall or architectural detail fits your brand better. We'll decide together when I arrive.
